- 94% of our customers were either "Very Satisfied" or "Satisfied" with our service overall
- When asked if they would recommend Virtuoso Music to others, 95% answered either "Definitely" or "Probably", and 90% of those said "Definitely"
- When asked if their instructor is effective and if they are happy with the progress being made, 92% said they "Strongly Agree" or "Agree"
- 90% said that they "Strongly Agree" or "Agree" that their instructor makes the lessons fun and interesting
- And 98% answered either "Strongly Agree" or "Agree" that Virtuoso Music is responsive and helpful with inquiries, while 91% agreed that our service is a good value for the services provided.
